Spring-Ready Checklist

During a spring check-in or regular service appointment, our certified Technicians will help your vehicle recover from winter wear. We'll perform a 12V Battery Health Check, inspect your brakes and brake components, check your tires for damage and uneven wear, and make sure your visibility systems are ready for spring rain. If something needs attention, we'll recommend the right fix--no guesswork.

Battery Inspection and Replacement

Cold starts and temperature swings can weaken your battery over winter. We'll test your battery's health and charging system so you can count on reliable starts heading into spring. If needed, we offer a wide range of Genuine Toyota Batteries.

Tire Inspection and Spring Changeover

Spring is the perfect time to inspect tires for winter damage, uneven wear, sidewall cracking, and pressure issues. We can rotate, balance, and check alignment to help extend tire life and improve ride comfort. Once temperatures consistently stay above 7oC, it's generally time to switch out of winter tires. If you're using all-season or summer tires, we'll help you choose the right setup for your driving habits.

Tip: If your steering feels off, your vehicle pulls to one side, or your tires are wearing unevenly, ask us about an alignment check--potholes and rough winter roads can throw things out quickly.

Brake Inspection

Winter grit and salt can accelerate brake wear. We'll inspect pads, rotors, and brake hardware to ensure smooth, confident stopping. If replacements are needed, we'll recommend Toyota-approved parts to maintain safety and performance.

Fluids Top-Up and Leak Check

Spring is a great time to check for leaks and top up key fluids--coolant, brake fluid, washer fluid, and more. We'll ensure levels are correct and help confirm your vehicle is ready for longer drives and warmer conditions.

Spring Oil Change

A fresh oil change helps your engine run efficiently as temperatures rise and driving patterns change. We'll use Toyota-approved oil and filters to keep everything running smoothly.

Windshield and Wiper Blade Check

Spring in Alberta often means rain, slush, and road spray. We'll check your wipers for streaking or cracking and recommend replacements if needed. We'll also top up washer fluid so you're ready for messy spring roads.

Cabin Air Filter and Air Quality Check

Dust, sand, and winter debris can clog your cabin air filter--especially if you've been running defrost a lot. A clean cabin filter helps airflow and can reduce odours and allergens inside the vehicle.

Underbody Rinse and Rust Protection

Road salt doesn't disappear when winter ends. Ask about an underbody rinse and rust protection options to help protect your vehicle's underside and extend its longevity.
